The restrooms / changing areas were clean. We had plenty of access to any area we wanted without feeling like we had to wait. It was about 11 when we got there, and stayed until 2. We went on the Monday after the 4th of July (so I’m figuring that would be like a normal Sunday). Another reviewer mentioned there are 15, there may be another one back in the area where they do massages that we didn’t see. After about an hour inside we went upstairs to the roof and found both pools overlooking the street to be open and sat there for a while there’s also another Jacuzzi up there that we did not use as well as a sauna. I have been hesitant about using the inside tubs because people said the smell was so bad, but I didn’t have any problem with the smell personally. After a couple hours in the back courtyard we came inside and use the inside tubs. When we first arrived there was a family of nine up on the roof so we just avoided the roof. But never more than 4 of the 6 being used at a time. I saw several couples sharing the individual tubs. They have 6 individual tubs and a large square jacuzzi style tub, that will fit 8 easily. I didn’t even realize they had an adult only courtyard. A local recommended the Overlook to us, and I’m so happy she did. I just couldn’t see spending $100 for the adult only area across the street. I didn’t want to spend the entire day, just looking for 3 - 4 hours of relaxation.
